We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, employment history, guard card and licensing information (for job applicants), and any details you include in messages or service requests.

In the course of providing security services, our officers may collect incident-related information, including photographs, video, license plate data, written reports, and timestamps from patrol and checkpoint systems.

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our security services, respond to inquiries and quote requests, evaluate employment applications, schedule and dispatch officers, deliver patrol and incident reports to clients, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including California BSIS requirements), and protect the safety of persons and property.

No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Patrol records, incident reports, and licensing-related records are retained in accordance with California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) regulations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
