Inter City Public Safety, Inc. ("ICPS," "we," "us") uses Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) technology to support parking enforcement and property security services at client properties. This policy is published in compliance with California Civil Code sections 1798.90.5, 1798.51, and 1798.53, which govern the use of ALPR technology by private entities in California.

ALPR data is not used for any purpose beyond those listed above, including marketing, resale, or unrelated surveillance.
Access to ALPR data is restricted to:
No other individuals or third parties are granted access to ALPR data.
Inter City Public Safety, Inc. is the system custodian for all ALPR data described in this policy. Questions may be directed to customerservice@icpublicsafety.com.
ALPR data (photographs and plate-number readings) is captured from vehicle images at the time of sighting and reviewed by the guard on duty before being recorded. Anyone who believes ALPR data about their vehicle is inaccurate may contact ICPS to request correction or removal.
ALPR sighting data is retained for a limited period, not to exceed one (1) month from collection, except as described below. At the end of each retention period:
A record of deletions (date, volume, reason) is maintained for audit purposes.
ALPR data is never sold. It is shared only with the client property where it was collected, or with law enforcement if legally compelled by subpoena, warrant, or court order.
ICPS maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect ALPR data, including role-based access controls, encrypted storage and transmission, and monitoring for unauthorized access.
